How does your sample credit policy work?
You may purchase a single evaluation sample ($130) of any Ten-Form model. When you place a wholesale order of 5 or more teapots within 60 days of receiving your sample, the full $130 product fee is deducted from your invoice. Sample shipping is non-refundable.
What are your minimum order quantities (MOQ)?
Opening wholesale orders start at 5 teapots, mixed freely across the Ten-Form Collection. Subsequent reorders maintain the same 5-piece minimum, allowing retailers to manage flexible cashflow and steady inventory rotation.
How are international shipments packed and insured?
Shipments dispatch from our Yixing workshop via YunExpress. Freight is calculated per destination country. In the rare event of transit damage, notify us with photos within 48 hours of delivery for an immediate free replacement.
What are your standard trade payment terms?
Orders between 1 and 9 units require 100% payment prior to dispatch. For orders of 10 or more units, we accept a 50% deposit to commence production, with the remaining 50% balance due following bench-inspection review before international shipping.
How do you guarantee lid seal and pour accuracy?
Every teapot is filled and bench-tested with water before boxing. We verify airtight lid seal, water flow velocity, and instant cutoff. Any vessel failing our pour standards is immediately recut before export.
