We formulate strictly with verified Huanglongshan ores—aged Zini, Dicaoqing, and Xiaomeiyao Zhuni—completely free from chemical dyes or synthetic fluxes. Every export vessel is individually water-tested to guarantee zero lid leakage and razor-sharp stream cutoff.
1. Half-Handmade Craft (Wholesale Line)
Slabs are hand-beaten and pressed inside custom molds to guarantee identical internal capacity, reliable wall thickness, and tight lid tolerances across 50–100 unit production batches. Handles, spouts, and knobs are shaped and assembled entirely by hand, ensuring fluid decanting dynamics at accessible commercial prices.
2. All-Handmade Tectonic Construction (Chengqi Line)
Built personally by master potter Li Feng with zero molds. Slabs of raw purple clay are beaten with wooden mallets to compress mineral density, cut at calculated miter angles, and joined edge-to-edge under manual pressure. Compensating for 10–12% high-heat kiln shrinkage, each vessel is an architectural monolith.
3. Freehand Micro-Engraving (Lin Lai Engraving)
Executed by Lin Lai directly on bone-dry, unglazed vessels. Lin recalculates image perspective to wrap classical compositions around curved ceramic profiles, carving intricate linework with custom steel chisels. No lasers, decals, or automated CNC tools are ever used.
